We pick shoes for so many different reasons.... style, function, color, gender, task, and this list could go on and on, But what happens when these divergent reason and points of view end up in the same room together? How do they interact with one another? What assumptions do they make about one another? How do they feel being away from their peers and those like them? How do they respond to the different social rules and expectations in this new world? And how do we seek and build unity in the midst of such diversity?
